Children under 100 cm are free according to each tour's rules. Group discounts apply to adult prices; “no discount” means that price has no group discount. NOT INCLUDED: Personal expenses and anything not listed under “Included”. NOTES & POLICIES: • Cancellation policy: PQ-09 cancellation policy (by Nemo): guest number reductions must be notified at least 24 hours in advance and may not exceed 5% of the booked guests. Cancel more than 48 hours before: free. Cancel 24–48 hours before: 50% fee. Cancel less than 24 hours before: 100% fee. • Weather: Itinerary, departure times and stops may change depending on weather and sea conditions; operations will confirm at booking and before the tour date. • Returning guest offers: Return voucher 100,000 VND/guest: only Morning – Duong Dong / Center; Morning – South Island; Sunset – Duong Dong / Center; Sunset – South Island. 3-tour package 5% off: only Morning – Duong Dong / Center; Morning – South Island; Sunset – Duong Dong / Center; Sunset – South Island. Cannot be combined with group discounts or other offers. • Operational notes: Wine and special cocktails outside the menu are charged separately. Choose morning or afternoon when booking. Ong Lang – North Island transfer surcharge: 100,000 VND (US$4) per guest each way, already included in the North Island price. Duong Dong, An Thoi, Sunset Town and South Island: free transfers. Departure condition (Nemo): join-in tours only depart with at least 12 adult guests per boat; otherwise operations will offer another departure or a refund. Payment: 50% deposit of the booking value; full 100% payment 24 hours before departure. 20% surcharge on public holidays as regulated by the State.
